Regarding the Tua Tagovailoa football game incident on 9/25/22.  Tua demonstrated clear concussion signs following a tackle.  He was taken out of the game but returned minutes later. No matter what was done in this case, it is NOT okay to return to play the same game as it put Tua at a higher risk of a more severe injury.  I do not want young players who watched the game to think that is okay as that will take us back 20 plus years. Back then I had to deal with athletes watching NFL players returning in the same game while I was telling the athlete that they could not return. If Troy Aikman can do it why can’t I? Now will it be if Tua can do it why can’t I?
